The San Pedro Trichocereus Bridgesii is not as well known as other Trichocereus cacti, but is similar to the Pachanoi. It has its origin in Bolivia where it's still used for its medicinal properties, but it also has a long history of traditional use in shamanic-psychedelic rituals.

The Trichocereus Bridgesii has many names, scientist call it Echinopsis Lageniformis, it's also called the Bolivian Torch, and sometimes it goes by 'penis plant' or San Pedro due to its characteristic column shape. It can be grown indoors and outdoors, but keep in mind it can grow up to 6 meters in height! Like other cacti, it likes a lot of sunlight but might need the possibility of shade during very sunny days.
